No Refund! No Exchange! No Returns! - Unless the item is highly defective.

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is highly defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Parcel Opening video is must to claim any damages or faults.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.​

Shipping Rates & Time

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For all shipping enquiries, please feel free to email shaileeaustralia@gmail.com.

 

We offer flat $10 for domestic orders within Australia. It takes up to 3-8 business days for domestic shipments.

 

Local pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from our Home Studio. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are [8AM - 6PM] on appointment basis. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
